  淋浴间有大片红色霉菌，一看就是平常不怎么清洁到，很恶心！ 服务也巨差！价值1000的牙套保持器落在酒店了，先不説能不能找到，联系了酒店五次，发了两次邮件！只得到一个回覆！让我去联系预订平台！怎么，预订平台是知道你们打扫到没打扫到嘛！预订平台我也联系了，説已经反应情况了，还是建议让我自己再联系一下酒店有没有打扫到，结果就是！到现在都没有一个回覆！ 顺便説一下，打了五次酒店电话，时而提供中文服务时而又不提供中文服务。。。真服了

  楼下商场都还没开，只有酒店开着，楼上114楼也没开。一年后估计才会开吧。离MRT很近，步行距离，5分钟内。早餐正常。

  吉隆坡最好的酒店，服务宾至如归，下次来必须入住，早餐非常丰富，孩子们吃的都很开心，全球第二高楼，爱上柏悦，隔壁就是中国城

  Room was very spacious and the view wow was amazing. Amenities are new and everything you’ll need is there. Breakfast quality was superb ! Kudos to the receptionist Farisha and waitress at Cacao Mixology Aishah for their friendly and attentive services. Will definitely come back again !
