  本次入住出现了4个严重问题，不可接受。另外，该酒店疑似对携程订单或中国人不友善，请大家自行甄别。 1、预订的两间豪华套房，入住时前台某个土着女给的两间13层的普通房。 2、被我发现偷偷降级后，打电话给前台要求换成更高一级的景观房。房间是给换了，12和14层两间，但至今酒店未对该女前台行为官方致歉或让其本人致歉。图二图三明显能看出房间不一样，其实厕所也存在区别。 3、1403的洗衣机烘乾功能是坏的（图5），当初订这家而不是别的就是看中能使用洗衣机。且，没有洗衣液提供，这点甚至不如国内亚朵。 4、给的楼层是能给的最低楼层，不知道是针对携程还是针对华人。 本次行程我全住的五星，唯有该酒店给钱哦感觉远差于国内四星，其它都非常优秀。显然不是当地服务业水平问题而是酒店个例。 综上，不建议入住。

  Well equipped room and lounge. -Could add a more accessible bin and hand wash at the sink near cooking area. -Could add a sign to inform that detergent was available upon request . -Doors hinge needs to be checked. Hard to close and lock quietly. - TV poor connection and limited selection. Breakfast -gd variety if you are on a one night stay. -Omelette guy (6 & 7 Feb morning) was helpful and efficient but should be more hygienic. He was constantly touching his hair and neck at the station.

  It was my first time staying here and I had an amazing experience. I was lucky enough to receive a free upgrade for my room and was even surprised with a free cake + room decorations as it was my birthday weekend. The staff were friendly, kind & the room was spacious and maintained in a great condition. Location was also great. I am already looking forward to my next stay here.   This is our 2nd time staying in Pan Pac Serviced Suites. We really loved this suite because of its very nice, comfy, beautifully designed n made rooms. This time we stayed in 1 bedroom suite. Previously, it was 2 bedroom suite. Its one of the best suite room we ever stayed. Very good location. Opp Sungei Wang Plaza. Near Bt Bintang area. Lots of shops n eateris.

  住了4晚，房间很大，设施也齐全，有洗衣机，酒店位置也还不错，距离柏威年商场步行10分钟，早餐一般，没啥吃的，水果就三种，早餐服务生服务不错。
