新装修的酒店，设施齐全，但是装修风格实在不敢恭维！太丑太土气！
总台服务员态度差得不行！实在想不童标榜5星的酒店，是这种管理，这种服务！！！以后绝对不会再选择入住！！ 真是花钱还得看她们的脸色！气愤不已！

感觉酒店（也许是个别服务人员）有欺诈的嫌疑，尽管最终欺诈嫌疑未得逞，但也消耗了很多时间，影响出行心情。建议有特殊情形咨询时最好录音，以防酒店不认账。
