明明下单時已经確定了，保留到21:00，但是到店前台又说系统已在19:00取消了没房子，还说不关她们的事，要客人自行找售票系统那边處理，跟她们没半毛錢关係，銷售跟前台应该有责任弄好客人问题，不应该推卸责任。

中规中矩的酒店，干净，被子很大很舒服，性价比好，回来住昆明，但是定房晚了，没有定到，很遗憾。下次还来，因为离高速很近。
