对客人摆脸色，给客人不方便，前台业务不熟悉，态度恶劣，服务超级差。已经在微信付了房费的，我叫总台把刷好的房卡拿来，总台叫礼宾部拿房卡来给我，我在房间门口他却不给我开门，我买回来的东西让我提着18楼下到大厅重新刷卡，说总台找我。第一次万分服了一个酒店的服务天啊！应该东西放进房间然后下楼重新刷卡也不迟，入住这样的烂酒店肠子都悔青了！
