非常好的五星级酒店，服务周到，虽然酒店不算最新，但是还是干净整洁，晚上回酒店还有银耳羹和饼干在房间里预备好，用作宵夜。酒店西餐厅早餐品种众多，还有儿童用餐区，有专用吧台和动画片看。西餐厅经理堪称劳模，我早上赶早班出门，6点半天不亮去用餐就站在门口，其他时间也热情解答客人疑问，指引用餐，让我非常惊讶。酒店房间有专用hdmi接口，可以直连电视机，非常好。下次来昆明旅游出差就住天恒了！
