客房很好，别墅式的设计，格局不错，卫生干净，周围有湿地公园，别墅区的小花园也很美。早餐品种多样，好吃美味。入住退房有电瓶车接送，退房礼宾小姜帮忙拿行李，前台小祝服务不错，管家小开消息回复的很及时。特别感谢管家小万帮我找到了遗失的物品，并寄往下一站。这是一次很好的入住体验。

入住一房别墅，说是一房，其实是两层，楼下客厅，前后有两个可坐在外面闲聊的院子，客厅里有自动麻将机。二楼卧室，外有阳台。上下楼都有洗手间。绿化很好，正是蓝花楹的季节，很安静，而出酒店2，3百米就是文旅小镇，吃饭游玩都很方便。我妈妈很喜欢房型和环境，就是老人家走上二楼，需要小心些。据说离西山景区很近。

环境很好，房型大，容积率低，私密性好。 院内绿植青翠，服务人员亲切和善，行李员小焦客气周到。 总体满意推荐嗯。应该是昆明市内最好的酒店了吧。
早餐硬件可以，内容还需要再丰富些，总体好评。
