第二次入住了，因为要从兰州西站中转，选择距离近的，出行方便。距离火车头夜市也很近，打车十分钟，两边也有商业街，吃饭方便。前台小姐姐热情周到，房间舒适整洁，布局合理。

服务最垃圾的一次全季入住 来的第一天下雨了 我们四人都湿了 入住时没有任何考虑 办理入住还极其磨蹭 第二天退房时间未到卡消磁了 还不给房卡 态度极差

特意选了离西站很近的酒店，没什麽味道，我的房间没有靠近主街，很安静，房间也大，布局也很nice，有一个专门的梳粧间，房间内还有一张台用来办公喝茶都??
由於头天晚上11点多才到酒店，第二天起床匆忙赶去省博，和前台小姐姐説好回来再退房，很愉快地接受了，一点没有不耐烦，很棒
退房後离高铁还有一点时间，在大堂休息会儿也不错，光线很好

酒店位置好，就在兰州西站对面。房间整洁乾净，前台小姐姐服务态度很好，我们办理入住时满脸大汗，小姐姐马上递上纸巾和水。第二天我们来不及吃早餐还贴心为我们打包好。

兰州西站对面 全季酒店（西津西路店）是今年新开业的智能化酒店，地理位置优越，房间衞生一流！由於去年下半年开始试营业了，所以房间里没有任何装修的味道！早餐种类丰富，适合家庭旅游！前台的小妹妹特别有亲和力，因为带着长者孩子，特意把房间给安排在同一楼层！

1.位置好，离兰州西站打的5分钟就能到到达。
2.服务好，帮忙升级了商务双床房，床铺一拼秒变大床，睡得很舒服。前台帮忙延到下午三点半退房，方便午休。
3.设备新，衞生好。都挺好的。
