住了三周零三天，打扫卫生的服务员态度好。前台需改进，因退房时间早，退房前一天下午让前台把发票开好，前台一女生不同意，要第二天退房时再开。结果退房时，开发票时说电脑死机，搞了20多分钟也弄不好，只得开收据走人！
