跟朋友一起订的是豪华标间，结果到宾馆的时候先是说没收到订单，看了我的手机确认短信还说没收到订单，后来另一位前台过来通过电脑确认我的订单。然后又说豪华标间只有一间，后来我们只好换成普通标间。进了房间才发现真的普通。第一，门上没有安全链条；第二，地板上有多处污渍；第三，卫生间门是坏的；第四，拖鞋是破的；第五，结账要求前台开发票的时候，前台说发票打印不出来；第六，前台某女服务员在我们入住和结账退房时态度恶劣，全程表现出烦躁的情绪。
