因故订了一间单间(358块)，一个套房(588)，单间有股怪味，套房，无热水(解释为楼层太高，用水高峰，11楼，半夜近一点钟了啊)，进店时说的是两个床，结果，只一张床，房间电话是摆设，沟通，得下楼到一楼前台，经常出来旅游，没遇到过这样的！
