因为是旅游季，房源很紧俏，前台接待听说是艺龙订的特价房立马就摆出一副不耐烦的脸色，并且在我告知了订房名字订房时间，看过我手机艺龙订单详情后告诉我说他们没接到通知，没有预定，争论大半天后我要求前台给艺龙客服打电话，在得到艺龙确认后才十分不乐意的开了房间。房间里设施很一般，床头柜上的插座都不通电，隔音、卫生什么的只能说相当于招待所的水平。以后一定不会再住这家酒店。各位三思！
