酒店干净，设施齐备。酒店前台耐心给我们讲解海螺沟旅游攻略及注意事项。因为第二天要上山，酒店还贴心地给准备了冰糖雪梨汤和红景天。给大大的赞哦。下次来海螺沟还会住这家酒店。

酒店服务在景区属于特別好的，每位员工热情，晚上很晚了张朋梅还拿着雪梨汤送給我们，这份关怀深深地感动到我们一行，早上餐厅服务员任书琪更是体贴关怀，不仅幫我們送上早餐，还帮我们洗了一袋水果让我们帶在路上吃，這樣好的服务真是太好了，為她們优质服务点贊，

一到酒店就被酒店员工的服装给惊艳到，员工们都穿着红军服配戴红军帽让人眼前一亮。服务态度非常好，前台小唐和小陈还特地送到姜汤水，因为携带小孩子酒店还特地送到取暖器，真的是太暖心了，让人有种宾至如归的感觉！酒店设施也不错，还配备有衣物烘干设备，非常好的一次入住体验，下次有机会再来一定还要入住！

交通方便，离景区比较近；酒店停车场比较大，停车方便；整体感觉比较温馨，服务讲究细节，态度热情。只是国庆节假期，价格比较坚挺。

整体感觉比较温馨，服务很有细节，看见有小朋友还特意送了玩具和红景天到房间，早餐很丰盛，主要厕所还配有可以烘干小衣物的发热杆！
