酒店员工的服务非常好，主动帮拿行李，送免费的红景天到房间。前台服务态度赞一个。我们在这住了几天一直很满意。还有觉得相比外面而言酒店的老川东餐厅物美价廉。

干净整洁，前台热情，服务体贴入微，我和儿子在峨眉山时蚊虫叮咬，美女客服还专门拿出自己的防虫药帮忙擦，晚上到店晚了，专门安排了晚餐，真的贴心、温馨、💗！

酒店干净卫生，服务特别好。每个服务人员包括保安，清洁，前台，餐厅都很热情。特别要赞一下前台服务员小魏和餐厅大堂经理，对孩子特别耐心，入住送了小礼物，临走餐厅又送了好多新鲜的水果，另外每天都有不一样的新鲜热茶送到酒店，很贴心，谢谢！
