酒店环境挺好的，小公园特别漂亮很适合拍照 房间里有小朋友的玩具好感人房间里还有烘衣架，看得出酒店老板很用心，餐厅服务员汪中连对我们特别关心特意提醒我们上山注意事项，值得推荐下次还会入住。

酒店设施齐全，卫生间还有加热片，既暖和还可烘干衣物。酒店服务温馨，从帮搬行李到指挥停车，到大厅备好的免费红景天饮品，到晚间送到房间的热牛奶，值得点大大的赞

非常好的大酒店，星级服务，晚上还有热牛奶，整体服务团队非常优秀，来到海螺沟的旅行非常舒适。酒店很适合居家旅行，住宿条件非常好。餐厅特别好，早餐风丰盛，小姑娘小彭服务特别好，给了我们很对照顾。
