之前住过这个酒店，对他印象不错，本次入住全程有人引领介绍酒店设施和洛阳特色小吃路线，并且当天安排的是VIP办理柜台。整体办理入住非常快，前台工作人员梁先生不仅给我预约了送站服务，还赠送了很多夜宵，临走时给我提前准备了防疫礼包和打包好的咖啡。服务越发的完善，非常满意本次的入住体验，下次还会继续选择入住的。
