酒店所有的服务员都很有礼貌，脸上的微笑非常的真诚，房间很大，很干净，蓝白相间的地毯看上去很清新，卫生间很大，镜面上镶嵌着电视，与众不同。瑞吉的管家服务是我住过的五星酒店里最好的，只有你有需要.一个电话他们就会过来帮你，还会应你要求，给你免费送咖啡到房间，让我感觉，瑞吉好温馨，下次还会选择瑞吉。

房间服务和位置都很好。服务也比较好，选瑞吉是因为金沙城其他酒店旅行团的比较多。但是房间好像隔音不是特别好，隔壁放水的声音都听得到
