酒店的管家服务让我有意外的惊喜。虽然后天才是我的生日，而且生日当天我也不在酒店入住，但酒店仍然提前送我了一份小蛋糕和水果，这一点对比我这次同时入住的文华东方和凯悦酒店就要好很多。尤其是凯悦酒店，我入住的时候是我生日，酒店也没有任何反应，让人失望。
