酒店依山傍水，环境较佳，显得豪华和人性化，只是离闹市区有一段距离，附近有66路公交bus，酒店还有自备整点接送车，出行很方便。服务态度好。房间空间宽大，床也很大，一张床足够两个人睡。有冰箱和密码箱和转换插座，还有免费的小袋装茶和咖啡。酒店到外港码头之间每隔1小时有往返免费穿梭巴士接送，也可以中途下车到市区中心，很方便。但在氹仔客运码头没有它的接送车，可免费搭乘英皇宫殿的接驳车到终点下车，转乘濠璟酒店的接送车到酒店，也可以徒步到达，反正路也不远，百度地图导航一下即可。酒店退房时间是上午11时，比较早，如果下午还要游玩，可将行李在前台免费寄存，最长是12小时。房内有免费旅游手机可使用，可查找本地的美食，景点等，很实用，不过要交1000元押金。还有2张免费的酒店咖啡券送。网上订房价格相对比较实惠，性价比较高，值得入住！

酒店位于半山上，比较清净、干净。景色不错！附近没有公交车站，进出靠酒店班车，所以时间要规划好。步行走走更自由。

只能说去酒店的那个坡太陡了，行李多了步行去很不方便，酒店内装修一般，也比较陈旧了，性价比一般。

設施五星級的，Wifi也很快，還送了兩杯歡迎飲品，出入都有穿梭巴士接送到市中和碼頭，非常方便，下次還會訂這酒店住
