这算不上什么高档酒店，位置偏僻，大堂像个招待所，但房间内设施还可以。最令人气愤的是前台人员的态度极为恶劣。标明有窗，但我去办开房手续时，前台说窗是不能打开的，我要求开，他说让我自己去找客房服务员，开不开由他们说了算，我说他们这是欺骗消费者，并说我是抽烟的，必须开窗，他开始刁难我，说澳门法律规定酒店不能抽烟，如果我离店时闻到有烟味就加收我200元清洁费。我问他酒店房间内不许抽烟，为何不事先标明？他不理我。到酒店住下后，我查过澳门控烟条例，酒店公共场所的确不能抽烟，但没规定房间内的非公共场合不能抽烟。总的来说，酒店虽然位置比较偏僻，但性价比还可以，但这前台工作人员的恶劣态度，实在无法令人接受。建议平台不要特意推荐该酒店，也建议各位游客尽量不要选择该酒店。
