订的是客房，比高级房的房费还要贵，图片也是新装修的那种房间。可是来到酒店，说艺龙传过来的就是标准房，又不能退，被迫入住了2008标准房。2楼整层楼都一股霉味，房间更是陈旧的味道，不开空调非常难闻。如果知道住的是旧房间，这个价格绝对订其他酒店，非常不满意！酒店位置在山上，我从大三巴推婴儿车回来非常辛苦，带小孩的家庭不适合这里。酒店的班车一小时才一趟，晚上九点半就没有了，晚上逛街回来只能打车或走路；而且没有去关闸的车，只能到市区再坐其他赌场酒店的班车。网上客服投诉不了，回家后再打电话去投诉吧唉～

酒店适合不喜欢澳门娱乐场氛围的人居住，安静，适合度假。门口就是巴士站，刚好近期施工相对不便。到店前台很贴心的给做了房型升级，服务很好。下次来还值得再住这里。
