我几天前订的星际酒店客房并要求是大床房，到达酒店时是下午三点前，与前台服务员沟通无结果，而边上的女士表示她可以住双床房让我住大床房，前台服务员表示不能办理。酒店客房设施陈旧，毕竟酒店开业到现在已经有很长时间，不知道明天能不能换大床房，希望如愿。
