酒店卫生有待加强！从大堂到房间都有蚊子。空调制冷不行，半夜三点电话找的维修。隔天孩子考试，完全没休息好。（被空调和蚊子困扰，当时冒火）可提前打招呼说延迟到两点退房，这人性化。

多次入住，一向很好。这次入住，离店时说好代缴停车费，到停车场入口发现没有缴费，后面全是车，不能进退，非常尴尬。五星级酒店出如此低级错误，不能接受。

虽是一个新开酒店，但服务和设施都很好。 1、床品舒适，所有房间都是整面的落地窗，所有设施都很新，一次性用品也很不错，灯光合适； 2、出行方便：楼下就是金鹰和地铁站，停车也较方便，旁边是景枫广场，后面是百家湖，晚上去蓝蛙喝一杯回去，在窗边看夜景很舒服；
