多次入住，一向很好。这次入住，离店时说好代缴停车费，到停车场入口发现没有缴费，后面全是车，不能进退，非常尴尬。五星级酒店出如此低级错误，不能接受。

虽是一个新开酒店，但服务和设施都很好。 1、床品舒适，所有房间都是整面的落地窗，所有设施都很新，一次性用品也很不错，灯光合适； 2、出行方便：楼下就是金鹰和地铁站，停车也较方便，旁边是景枫广场，后面是百家湖，晚上去蓝蛙喝一杯回去，在窗边看夜景很舒服；

周边环境和硬件都很好，之所以近期不推荐是因为装修气味太大，简直熏的头晕，尤其带孩子和老人的请谨慎，落地窗不能开！！！

和朋友一起出行，孩子们玩的很开心。酒店非常新，房间很舒适，卫生间很宽敞。酒店备有儿童用具。底层和商场地铁站相通，出行便利。
