每次来南京都住城市名人，酒店性价比不错！办理入住和退房都很迅速，房间宽敞舒适，欢迎水果和睡前牛奶很贴心！只是酒店的床垫超级软，对于不习惯睡软床的人来说睡眠质量无法保证，据说酒店有硬的棕榈床垫提供，可是入住几次工作人员都回答说没有！还有同样价格的大床房，26楼以上的设施有卫洗丽和空气净化机，26楼以下却没有，客房的硬件设施为什么不统一呢？

陪妈妈到鼓楼医院看病时住了一晚，酒店就在紫峰大廈旁边，交通便利，入住时前台升级了行政双床房，房间较大，设施齐全，整洁卫生，马桶安装了智能马桶盖，舒适方便，早餐丰富，味道不错，晚上还送了蜂蜜水和牛奶，还有水果赠送，尤其称道的是酒店接待周小姐服务热情周到，对我妈妈问寒问暖，无微不至，值得表扬。总之酒店性价比高，物超所值，爸妈赞赏不已，下次还会来住的。
