车只能停在马路上，入住不太方便;自助餐种类不是特别多但味道真不错，餐厅除早餐外基本没客人，出酒店有很多餐馆可选很方便；游戏池环境好水温三十度适合孩子！客房服务很周到，碰到困难主动帮助，很感动。延迟退房1小时没收费。总体性价比高，适合携老带小的出行。

酒店周边就是金鹰购物广场，景枫广场吃饭也特别方便，酒店硬件很不错，就是服务不太好，大过年的过去没见着一张笑脸，游泳池5:30就提前关了，服务员也是一直催着赶人走

第二次来南京入住水晶蓝湾，靠近金鹰商圈和地铁口，面临百家湖，交通环境都很好。酒店设施很新，公寓配置齐全，房间很大，卫生间超大，感觉足够单身在南京生活居住了。只是服务还需再升级，停车不够人性化，难以保证住宿客人及时停车。其他都很满意。
