问了前台，这是几星酒店，回复 准5星
硬件：房间各种问题，可看照片，到处发霉脱落，床睡的极其不舒服，这已经不是星级的问题了，正常稍微好点的酒店都不至于这样吧。
软件：不要说24小时送餐服务了，晚上11点就没有任何吃的，出去要好远，还叫不到车。
早餐9点半结束，还没有提醒 五星级酒店周末可都到10点半的啊？
