前台服务比较差劲，客人到得早了，明明有房，一定要客人等一小时，最后还是给换了空出来的房间。可能是实习生吧，不懂规矩。但我对酒店整体影响还不错。

酒店整体感觉很好，带着小朋友入住酒店安排了机器人带路很开心，房间很大，位置也很好，楼下就是地铁站和公交车站，离新街口很近，还可以免费停车，在五一黄金周期间价格也不是高的很离谱。推荐给大家。

带娃出行，地理位置挺好的，早餐一般，服务不错。br坐地铁的话从珠江路4号出口出，从地下久留米旁边有个门可以通往酒店的电梯，比较方便。br还可以寄存行李，比较好。孩子比较喜欢这家酒店br周边吃的地方很多，一点点，味千，鸭得堡，回味，泸溪河都有。
