酒店设施比较老旧，豪华房设计缺陷，电视在侧面，入住两晚，第一晚由于房间空调无法调温，只能酒店总机统一控制，特别热，亲测温度28摄氏度，如同烤箱，无法入睡。酒店服务态度很好，积极为我解决问题，后来酒店经理为调换凉快些的房间。

春节来旅游的，整体来说还是可以的，二楼能直接去旁边的商场，我们还傻比的走一楼转过去，早餐品种少了点，客服不错，问要了儿童拖鞋牙膏都马上送来，出行也很方便，地铁，叫车，吃喝，购物都很方便，就是床太软，真的睡的不舒服。

地段很不错，毕竟市中心，去哪都方便，楼下就是商场，吃饭也方便。设施略显老。其他都不错。

离女儿学校很近，房间宽敞明亮，干净整洁，服务人员礼貌热情，态度很好，乘坐电梯需刷卡，安全性高，总之还会选择入住
