服务特别好，这次外出我家娃不巧生病，和前台说了一下情况，立马就给升级到有阳台利于通风的房间，还给送来了冰糖炖梨，非常贴心!房间设施齐全,布置大气，就是觉得阳台门窗略微漏风，拉上窗帘就会好很多!酒店位置也是得天独厚，挨着总统府，六朝博物馆，美术馆，1912，交通方便!关于早餐，我觉得略微逊色，至少吃了两天没什么变化，蒸点基本每天就一种，这有点说不过去呀！为了保温，都是用有盖的锅盛放食品，建议改成那种透明的康宁锅，这样不用打开也能看见装的是什么！而且餐厅很冷呀！
