设施太老啦！房间空调没法调温，晚上26°C,热得睡不着！行政酒廊很小，提供的食物太简单。还有不少问题，就不一一说了。总之硬件，除了大堂，不符合五星标准。不过人员服务感觉不错，特别表扬一下清洁员孙伟伟和前台吴珊。

作为98年的老牌子五星酒店，贴心准备了接线板，可是一，窗帘无法闭合，影响早晨睡眠，酒店以食品质量为理由，拒绝外卖人员进店，更拒绝为客户配送上楼，只因为不是在酒店购买的食物，还以为有机器人配送早餐呢，前台拒绝地依然粗暴简单，根本不考虑为客户解决问题，提供方便，五星标准，艺龙斟酌合作。照片是七点左右拍的，严重影响休息

酒店总体满意！因为要带孩子去南京博物院，就在维景隔壁，地理位置很好，非常方便。离地铁站也不远。前台小妹妹服务态度很好，客房服务陈义群、徐红珍也不错。唯一不足的就是没有早餐，如果有早餐性价比就更好了，好在对面就有小吃，还算方便。
