服务不是很好，房间打扫的不太干净，有好多头发，吹风机放的地方不容易找，淋浴地漏不通，容易积水，隔音效果太差。

优点：南京南转地铁到马群站坐句容线，到汤山东下车走五分钟就到了，接待人员态度好，很详细地介绍各种酒店内部设施，有问必答，很贴心地帮忙按电梯，房间内设备齐全，隔音好，距离汤山一号温泉步行15分钟，早餐种类多而新鲜，而且酒店内可以直接快递真的很方便，因为下雨没去顶楼的御豪温泉泡很可惜；缺点：8月底下的订单但是酒店内预定当日的工作人员没把订单入进酒店系统？？幸好不是旺季去的早还有房间。总体很满意，环境设施体验非常满意
