房间卫生不是非常满意，明显能发现柜子上一层灰，房间居然还没有水壶，找了好半天好几个抽屉的把手一拉都是坏的，这点让我很诧异毕竟是星级的酒店，设备设施不是太达标，最后服务员送来了水壶理由是恰好这个房间水壶坏了真是无语了，不过值得一提的是酒店的早餐，特别丰富服务也非常好，经常有服务员帮忙撤走不需要的盘子，还会有经理级别的前来询问是否有其他需要，这点很满意，酒店的地理位置很好，处于河西最繁华的地段，楼下就是商场什么都有

第一次入住这家酒店.在地铁口，中央商场边上，交通、吃饭和购物很方便.装修很考究，用品很上档次.房间很大，设备非常好，床和拖鞋超级软.电梯是刷卡才能乘坐的，比较安全。早餐的地方挺高大上的，选择也多.总体还不错，值得推荐！以后有机会来南京还是会选择这家酒店，性价比超高！

同事出差南京选择的这家酒店，服务和设施都是非常棒的，客户关系部的经理还在房间内送上了绿值，手写的卡片也是非常有心的。很满意，下次还会再来
