住过不少5星级酒店，还是头一次遇到水龙头是坏的，工程师看过也修不好，前台反应也是巨慢，从头到尾也不知道说一句不好意思或者对不起，实在是差。很不推荐。起码酒店平时的检修和培育以及对问题的事后处理，是够不上5星级的，以后做酒店评议的事后可以拿出来做一个很好的反面教材。

说实话这个酒店管理比较差，服务态度相对来说也不好。尤其是前台。坐电梯需要刷卡是正常的，可是这个卡经常刷不出，让前台帮忙刷一下总是回答在忙。别的酒店电梯口都有服务员帮忙按楼层之类的。房间墙纸之类的就不说了。

酒店位置不错、旁边就是万达广场、1公里就有金鹰广场。只是过节期间入住不愉快，12点半到前台办入住、4点半才办理成功、一直说在强扫房间、孩子午睡在水吧…。其他方面就是常规五星酒店、多少有点旧了。自助早餐不错
