唯一的优势是价格，其余乏善可陈。榻榻米式房间是阁楼，很压抑，灯太暗，没电梯。环境还行，不会再住了。

花园的环境，装修陈旧，没有电梯，房间内只有淋浴，游泳池不开，健身房和早餐准4星的水平，距离市中心较远，距离高铁站较近，附近有地铁1号线和3号线，交通还算便利。整体上属于准4星的水平。
