酒店位置不错，设施也还可以，但是一个星级的酒店是不是该做好服务？以顾客的要求作为服务的标准？八月八日早，我们一家四人因需赶早上的高铁，六点四十五至餐厅准备随便吃点就走，餐厅服务员和我们说七点早餐开始，现菜品还不齐全，我们表示可以理解，并且表示对这样人性化的服务觉得不错，所以服务员就领着我们进去了。但是，当煮面师傅把四碗面煮好我们正准备吃的时候，一个不知道是领班还是大厨的男人横眉冷面的出来了，看到我们准备吃面，当着我们的面就对服务员说:“谁让你们放人进来谁让你们煮面的，把面倒掉！”这是一个星级酒店服务人员该有的态度么？这样的说话水平不得不质疑这里还是星级么？我们吃早饭也不是不花钱，花钱买早饭吃有错么？酒店不做好基本的人员管理给顾客造成困扰，这样的酒店必须差评！
