酒店新，设施很好，稍微不足的是洗手盆位置偏低让人弯腰不太舒服。前台服务表扬一下，那天晚上下暴雨，有个男服务员帮忙用自己手机APP 帮我叫到出租车

酒店服务很差，说限时保留也不通知，交涉半天才入住，服务台很死板，后来安排的套房，房间采光也很差，感觉不错的中庭露台晚上还锁起来不让进，感觉就是国营酒店那种僵化服务意识差的典型
