非常坑爹，快到18点才告诉我联系不到房间，不能入住，不能确定还给我发什么确认信息呢，解决方法就是让我退订单，非常不负责任！就算我们是南京人，开车过去也要一个多小时还要过路费，4个人大晚上的没地方住！

29号去温泉 当天还没短信正式通知我酒店位置。 打了三个电话 客户都没有给一个说法 在高速跑了很久 最后酒店给的离温泉很远的地方。坑爹

温泉简直超赞，三十多个各种各样的池子，环境优美得不行，每个池子旁边都有浴巾，不存在身子湿掉很冷的情况，服务员们也都天使般的微笑，各种递毛巾，泡完后还有休息间，里面的环境也是舒适得不行，还送一份水果点心。总结一句话：去了一定不会后悔！
酒店也不错，各个设施都很完善，也有了无线上网。推荐！
