酒店不错，在玄武湖边，服务员会主动帮忙提行李，且在办理入住时一直在旁边等候，直到把行李送入房间。卫生间很大，还有梳妆台，女士化妆很方便。带小朋友的还会提供儿童用物。游泳池水温很好，不冷。

性价比高，房间设施不错，前台好像是叫李建的，服务态度好。还专门在江南灶用餐，11点等位，一直到1点多才用餐，如果住店客人能提前定位就好了。酒店离玄武湖近，酒店赠送了40层晩餐，菜品虽不多，胜在景观好，还延迟到下午4点退房，正好午休起来，悠闲的出发往扬州。

自助餐很便宜，南京的鸭血做的特别好吃。住了很多家香格里拉酒店，南京的也不错，就是小长假人有点多，特别感谢门口的周师傅，每次外出回来孩子都是睡着的，周师傅都是热心的帮忙拿行李抱孩子，真的特别热心。豪华阁的所有工作人员也都特别温和可亲，没有因为客人多而怠慢其他客人，刻意看了眼当时正在给我们服务的小姐姐的工牌—是位姓陈的小姐，对待小朋友特别友好，小朋友特别喜欢这位陈姐姐。
