酒店设施差，根本不能用星级来衡量，空调噪音大不说，制热也不行。连手拿花洒都没有，洗澡很不方便。服务一般。进入泡汤更衣室一股臭味。带着孩子吃早餐比较慢，孩子刚喂好饭，服务员为了快下班直接过来说收空盘子。我刚刚从盘子里拿一个包子吃，最后自己只喝了一杯奶，一个包子。弄的一点心情都没有。总之不会在去这家酒店了。

这么贵的价格不包含温泉票，性价比不高，强制消费300元两客的晚餐，如果不是和百联奥特莱斯紧靠，两个一起游玩，确实没必要再来一次了
