老牌酒店，住过很多次了，这次必须为服务点个赞，由于3月份早晚特别凉，可是酒店已经早早关闭了暖空调，老人洗澡怕受凉，和酒店反映后虽不能解决空调的问题，但态度上积极提供补偿方案，这样的尽力服务值得赞赏。

紫金山庄位处紫金山麓，被一大片郁郁葱葱的森林围绕，绿荫掩映，湖光潋滟，景色秀丽。我们从山庄三号门进来、在绿色中穿行一公里多才到达酒店主楼，感觉酒店自身就是一处景点，不用出门有山有水，实属休闲度假首选之地。服务员小姑娘李琪看到我们带着孩子一起，主动送来了小零食，服务贴心表示感谢🙏（酒店价格亲民，硬件对得起价格，景色迷人无法用价格计算）
