酒店checkin 要到23 楼去。。主电梯只有三部，13 点左右到的酒店，被告知办理入住必须等到14点以后不然就要花三百块钱升级房型，摊手～ 前台妹子一点都不专业，后来找了大堂经理才成功入住，说明明明有房间啊😒 也没有电动马桶。。。早知道订洲际了。。。。。。。也就差两百块的事

2011年的装修的确有点儿旧了，但好在品牌跟地理位置不错，性价比一般。

真是垃圾中的垃圾，到了酒店不能办理入住，总共两天时间来南京玩，办理入住就花了半天，艺龙也是垃圾，钱收了确认入住了酒店那边都没有入住信息，衔接得一团糟，酒店跟平台的失误让顾客承担时间损失，体验十分之差，酒店服务人员也没给出任何的道歉与补偿，真不知道南京威斯汀这样酒店怎么能算在连锁五星里面，太差了！

酒店在商场楼上，位置一般，大堂在23楼，感觉不是太好，晚上到店服务员只有一个人接待，办理入住非常慢，作为一家五星级的酒店体验感真的非常差，到店被告知只有标间不能换大床，事先也没有打电话交涉，总之感觉不好，艺龙客服交涉态度也很差，最后挂机都没让我评价满意度，作为一个品牌口碑良好的连锁五星酒店，南京这家威斯汀真的比较差。

住宿环境没得说，可以看的见玄武湖。但是像别人说的一样，拉开窗帘可以看到隔壁的沙发，好尴尬啊。总体来说，服务很棒。就是金茂的停车场太小。
