车到了酒店门口没有保安指挥停车，也没有行李生帮忙拿行李，晚上感觉有点发烧，打电话让服务员送个体温计，被告知没有，服务员也没有告诉我们哪里有药店可以买到，感受不到五星级酒店的服务，完全就没有服务，第二天的两瓶免费矿泉水也没有赠送！除了前台办理入住和退房很快以外，其余均不是很满意！

酒店房间非常新 地理位置非常方便 是去参考一个活动 距要去的地点走路就可以 交通也非常方便 如果有机会下次还会再次入住

酒店硬件还是可以的，毕竟开业才两年。对面万达广场吃饭购物得天独厚。但是酒店的服务只能说差强人意。态度倒是都好的，只是流程有问题。前一晚入住的时候就加了早餐，结果前台不知道携程的早餐优惠价，不过最终还是解决了。第二天去餐厅吃早饭，餐厅服务员仍然告诉我我的房间没有早餐。虽然我解释后顺利的吃上了早餐，但是真的很讨厌餐厅搞不清楚状况。而且与其他五星酒店比，没有晚上拉窗帘铺脚垫床头放水等服务。对了，洗漱用品还可以再差一点。

酒店很舒适，位置稍微偏远，但信价比高，附近万达的设施都很好。去的时候前台接待很好，走的时候接待我的前台眼镜女士说话有些不耐烦，不喜欢。
