酒店周围环境非常优美，服务态度非常好，我们开车去的，没想到安保朱民文还给我们洗了车，这事让我们有意外又开心，大堂一个叫李玲的小姑娘，还有两个小伙子服务也很好，不知道要什么名字，胖乎乎的很可爱，餐厅的毛经理让我们倍感亲切，服务态度非常不错，让我们感觉很温暖，如果再去南京我还会选择这家酒店！如果说不足，就是早餐花样比较少，但是味道还是不错的！

前台接待小胡非常热情周到，宾馆设施一级棒，早餐品种还可以丰富些，服务人员还是很到位的，毛丽敏，陈云凤等服务周到，主动帮着办理退房延迟事项，表示感谢，下次还会入住
