前台姚倩经理接待，非常热情，服务周到。帮拿行李到房间，介绍房间，还亲自送饮食出游指南地图来。酒店整体性价比高，装修新而无味。

设施还是不错的，现阶段还属于较新的范畴。地段和价格都合适，高层房间景观非常开阔！唯一不太好的是下楼的时候最右边的电梯居然从10楼直接坠落到4楼，所有按键都没用，好在后来自己打开了！当时时间比较急，到大堂后只是给前台说明了情况就走了，结果回来的时候也没看到有人检查维修，不知道有没有重视客户的安全的反应！
