设施不错，有浴缸，交通便利，离地铁一号线鼓楼站非常近，南京南站、南京站都能直达，离狮子桥步行街不到1公里，适合亲子出行，性价比高

酒店离鼓楼地铁站很近，交通方便，周边吃饭购物都很便利，设施齐全，酒店泳池不错，人较少，水质很不错，酒店前台服务热情，特别是唐心，对人亲切，有问必答。

第一次入住，本来是冲着健身设施去的，可是那天穿裙子，没法跑步。但是想吐槽的是入住体验不佳吧，我入住了，把洗面奶，饭卡（金额1000多余元），洗脸巾都落在酒店里了，七点多退房，九点给酒店打电话，愣是没找着，很奇怪，第一次碰到把东西落在房间里却找不着的情况，明明洗面奶和洗脸巾我早上还用了，饭卡我清楚地记得放在哪里，却竟是没有找到。。。。酒店说给个说法，但是后来也没有任何说法😭😭😭

该酒店服务有待提高，刚到酒店门口，有迎宾的，没人理，你让一个第一次来酒店的客人自己开车找车位，可以，好不容易找到一个车位，说门口的车位不让停，然后让我们去旁边停车。旁边的停车场也有保安，我们进去没人理睬，进去后发现地面停车位已满，然后找个角落把车停好，这时保安又跳出来说不让停，让我们换靠边停，结果我们刚停好又一辆车停在我们之前停的地方。保安就直接跟那位车主动起手来，那架势有点吓人。停好车去前台办入住，前面就一两个人，居然也等了好久，前台工作人员全程面无表情，一点都没有星际酒店应该有的服务！这会儿都已经四点半了，旁边还有几个两点就到还没给人家房卡的在一旁吵。房间中规中矩，就是房型有点斜，但酒店服务实在太差，不配这么多好评！以后不会再入住！
