入住酒店真是惊喜不断，首先大堂服务员和蔼可亲，人让人有宾至如归的感觉。酒店看来新装修过，设施装饰都很新，但又没有异味。进入房间，送的果盘已端放桌上；稍晚，免费的甜品也送来了。原以为迎客果盘和甜品只有第一天才有，出乎意料的是，这些第二天一样免费享受！此外，酒店还免费接车送机。一句话，在宁波新金星宾馆度过的几天真心愉快，以后还会再来！

这是我在宁波住的服务最好的酒店，比五星的假日都好，设施齐全，比较为顾客着想，最不错的是还有爱惠浦的直饮水，特别说下前台的服务非常好，还可以选择免费的热饮，以后来宁波就定这里了。

服务很好，入住送饼干，晚上送水果，国庆期间还有热的绿豆汤，给了我们四份，赞。位置也好，去南塘古街和天一阁比较近。停车也方便。

商务大床房，有电脑，电视设置有电影频道，有个可以听古琴的熏香小盒子很不错，周到细致有文化的酒店。值得入住。棒棒的！
