房间不错，周边小吃店很多，不过主要是吃龙虾的，出门就有公交车，离天一阁这类的景点基本坐车2-3站，离天一广场有点远，不过坐车也能到。总体不错，晚上还有水果和甜点吃，不错。

没次来宁波都会选择这里，离火车站近，而且可以有接送，住的也很舒服。个人觉得性价比不错。像我这样每次出门都要带孩子的人来说很方便
