选择新金星得益于朋友的推荐。但是，在没有艺龙返现的要求下写点评确实是第一次。此次来宁波，从接站到入住，从入住到服务，从服务到最后送站，都体现出新金星宾馆的人性化关怀和热情的服务。他们都能给客人以宾至如归的感觉。他们的服务是贴心的，他们的早点是丰盛的，他们的解决问题是迅速的，他们的说话总是带着微笑的。在此，我向新金星宾馆的全体员工道声谢，为他们的贴心服务点个赞，为员工的敬业精神叫个好！如果我再来宁波，我还会选择新金星宾馆！选择新金星，永远不后悔！

酒店交通方便，20路可以到老外滩。酒店前台服务热情，主动告知有免费洗车服务，晚上9点多看到师傅拖着水管在一辆辆洗车，很辛苦。房间宽敞干净，一切都很满意。

每年去普陀回来都住，就是因为酒店设施不错，服务好，有接送站服务，还有水果自制饮品很贴心。可是这一次却出了意外，离开酒店送站的车后备箱的盖子卡锁坏了没有提醒我们，老公拿行李的时候被猛然掉下来的盖子砸伤了鼻子，流了好多血，因为要赶火车，也因为每年住有感情，就没有追究。希望酒店以后注意，不能因为是增值服务就忽视服务的质量，而且因此出事故更加得不偿失！
