初次入住宁波威斯汀酒店，地理位置没得说，江景房视野也很好，前台小姑娘Keely 办理入住极有耐心，安排房间，帮忙处理发票、续住等一系列问题！美中不足的是房间设施有点老旧，毕竟也是开业十年的酒店了，可以理解！晚上发现房间电话坏掉了，希望可以维修一下！

酒店位于宁波市中心天一广场对面，很醒目很豪华，交通特别方便……这里值得表扬的还是办理入住时接待我们的3位美女工作人员Keely，Lucy，Luna（在她们认真工作过程中我悄悄记下了她们3位的英文名字）服务态度超级nice👍🏻，一定要表扬！在办理过程中听我说到是带孩子第一次来宁波，立即给到我们景色最好的楼层和房间，正对三江口，房间环境太好了，这里力推入住行政房。而且为我们介绍了很多当地玩的，吃的地方，非常热情，绝对是五星级豪华酒店的服务水平！下次再来宁波，继续入住……
